One thing I'm not a pilot so what wind speed is a no no , I don't drive there for nothing.
It all depends on the pilot I suppose, generally 15kts+ seems to a cut the potential visitor in 1/2 as it becomes unpleasant :x

As for the Rietfontein Pilots, they only start enjoying their flying at 25KTS++ :?

The weather turned out pleasant just the lighting for photographing was not so good.
Well done to all those that put a great deal of time in to preparing the breakfast it was relay good.
Thanks to Leon for the breakfast and to Peter for the small gift.
I hope to have some pictures up during the week some time.

Apicella

I presume it is you that took all these great photo's? VEry, very impressive

Just a thought, many of us also enjoy photography but don't shoot the same quality shots as you - Would you not consider doing a morning course specificlaly for aviation photography?- I bet you will have alot of interest and could be worth you while with enough okes attending - Just a thought - I will definately attend should you ever consider this

I echoed these sentiments on Saturday as well. I would also like to discuss my crappy photography  over a beer or two.

Something to consider.
When taking picture from the side it is not easy to see the registration of the trike and maybe putting a reg on the side either the wheel caps or the upright would help. All side shots low down to the ground one can not see under the wing.
Just a bit of food for thought.
