Hey Bob

I am sure you are confusing E'Skies with the Zim Herald. The latter is the rag you wipe your bottom with, and the former is what you should say about the mess you've made.

Hey Francois

I am sure you are confusing African Skies with Loslyf. The latter is....... ah never mind.....

Hey dopehead, that is sir Bob to you and please leave the politics in the capable hands of Thabo and Loslyf before Bob becomes your uncle.

. . . in fact, I get my copies of A/S mag so fast that I'm already two payments behind!

Tailspin, with all due respect I think that we are all due some explanations here as to what has happened? A lot of us, all in good faith in a new publication, have taken out subscriptions and have heard nothing but empty promises. I think that all we want to know is what is happening and what is going to happen. It is not about the money but the principle.

Afskies, we would love to hear from you.

This time, Bob Francois, you are confusing palimony with subscription.

For all you guys who are still satisfied, after approx. 25 months of not receiving copies regularly and on time, and it doesn't bother you at all - good for you and carry on as is. !!!! !!!!

For the rest, like me, who just cannot live with and accept that this is the way it is going to be (PERIOD) - the lessons has been learnt and just - don't subscribe - don't pay in advance - don't create your own crisis!!!

And if you really like the mag contents and you just happen to come across the mag somewhere in a shop or at a flightschool - ACT moerse surprised    and grab one and be happy. puff (!!)

In the private business world an enterprise must adapt to the needs of it customers/potential customers.

If it does not do this it goes broke.

So, usually a business will do all in its power to retain its existing customer base and with efficiencies try to increace this base.

In the government setup, well, we dont need to elaborate on that do we.

Now the question.

What kind of enterprise is this mag that it can diddle about for 25 months as has been stated?

Who or what supports it?

Why does it receive this support.

To give it another chance??

Nee mense in the business world we would aready have had summonses issued!!!

So why must this enterprise be treated differently?

Hi Wart

No probs i understand you guys want answers - i do not have a problem with that I just don't want anybody to turn nasty. I did chat to Trixie on Sat and she said she would be delivering the next mag soon but that is just my word.

Hi Tailspin,

That sounds "great" , but what about the most of us that haven't received our PREVIOUS copies? :(

Starting a new venture is always difficult but what really p#$@sses me off is the lack of reply to any of us as to where the mag is. To those guys who paid their subs - they deserve an explanation. Trixie if you are reading this I suggest that you reply to these concerns and you will probably retrieve some support - leave it alone as you have been and I don’t think that the guys are going to support you any longer and it will be your own doing I’m afraid to say. ## ##

I just spoke to the Scribe and the mag is in the works... She is in the sticks and cannot respond to this post immediately this week. I hear the cries about subscriptions et al...

To those that have been let down - PLEASE respond with "LET DOWN" to this post and I will ask Trix to sort you out.

PS* I am in no way affiliated with African Skies, fair representation and response is valid in due course
