Enkel sitplek gyro onder R 100 000

Postby hennies1 » Fri Feb 15, 2008 4:42 pm

Hi

Groete

Hennie

Koop of Bou

Hello Henies1

Hi there

Still need to figure out whether Hennies1 and Hennie1 is the same person, but I will reply to both.

I have a registered Bensen with a 65hp Rotax (single ignition) available for R 65,000.

Cheers

Nick

In case you are interested, I know of a Magni M14, single seater gyro available for about R65k.
Not sure of the hours or the engine type and hours etc, but will find out if you are keen. Let me know and I will follow up for you.

Just a thought.

Pierre

I will track the owner down and get the info for you. In my humble opinion, I find flying alone a lot less rewarding than flying with someone but its still flying!

In the meantime, go see Low Level since I agree 100% with him.
If you discard/ignore comments from anyone who doesn't have at least 10 hours in a Sycamore you will probably be astounded and end up spending your money wisely.

I have no hours in a Sycamore... infact in any gyro! But after flying with Len, I can tel you those Sycamores can give the fighter jets a run for their money. It is a nice gyro, and this talk of it being to heavy to fly is %^$#. If I ever get my gyro licence, this will be the first gyro I will consider!
Good luck with your search for a gyro.
Cheers,
Ross

Hi Hennie

Personally I would consider a two-seater for JetRanger is right.

When I was being trained my instructor told me that there were three stages you went through as a gyropilot, the first is where you are satisfied with flying around on your own, the second is sharing with someone else (a passenger) and the third is flying away with a gaggle of other gyroplanes. For me the first stage did not last too long and the second and third blur in that when flying in a gaggle a passenger is not always necessary but it is very rewarding to "convert" someone else onto gyroplanes.

JetRanger, I like your avatar. Was that photoshopped or taken in England?
