After discusions with Gideon Niemann the injection unit was replaced with a new one kindly supplied by Aviation Engines. The situation remained unchanged however. Gideon has removed the unit in the meantime to enable me to complete the hours for the proving flights on the Challenger, using pre-mix.
The aircraft now has 39 hours on the Hobbs and I would like to re-install the oil injection unit again. I would appreciate advice and comments on how to rectify the problem that I am experiencing.
And please the discussion is not about the pro's and cons of oil injection and pre-mix
