Struts old Windlass Trike

Is it possible to ad struts to the old Windlass with cables between the rear wheels and get rid of the cables ?

I would think that that would be a complete replacement of the undercarriage. I would propberbly say that the cable and bungy cord undercariage is lighter.

Hallo Carel,

Jammer om jou thread te hijack.
Vertel ons n bietjie wat julle met die microlights in Suidwes doen, waar julle vlieg ens.
Ek ly vreeslik aan heimwee, en probeer hard dit met Windhoek lager te blus, maar kry dit net nie reg.

Dis omdat jy eintlik Tafel moet drink............ :twisted:

Maar ek hoor dat die Swakop brouery toegemaak het so Tafel sal ook nooit weer dieselfde wees nie................ :cry: :cry: :cry:

Swakop Brouery het nie toe gemaak, net geskuif na `n ander perseel en word ook nou in Windhoek gebrou. Staan nou huise waar die brouery was.

Brouery behoort aan die Olthaver en List groep wat ook Windhoek bier brou.

Drink eerder `n warm Tafel of Windhoek voor ek `n koue SA gebroude bier drink.

Trike vlieg nie so ge-organiseerd soos in SA nie. Het omtent 15 legal trikes en 20 nie legal trikes (boere wat hulle self leer vlieg het en vlieg nou op hulle plase rond).

Besig met my lisensie, sal as alles goed gaan so Maart op my eie vlieg.

Ja nee, dis nou maar wel so, ek voel die selfde.

Vlieg jy uit Eros? Ek verstaan daar is n redelike aktiewe groep in Omaruru.

Meeste trikes is op Omaruru, maar net omdat daar bekostigbare hangers is met 24 uur sekuriteit. Rondom Windhoek gebruik ons strips op plotte. Eros is te duur en hangers onbekostigbaar.
