Fly In for Coffee at The Rose: Sat June 11th

Morning all,

We have been invited to fly in to The Rose Airstrip for coffee on June 11th.

The Rose is located approx 1 NM East of MEV along the N4 highway.

Co Ord's: S 25 47'48.80" E 28 34'40.51"

My thoughts were to do a quick run past Renosterkop and land there on the return leg?

All welcome.
Runway is North/South, grass and 550m long with 30ft powerline on the Northern threshold.

Been there before its a very nice little Airfield.

Let me know whose joining so I can inform them of numbers please...

Unfortunately due to the poor forecast I have had to cancel the planned Fly in on Saturday.

I will try and arrange another one in the near future...
