Africa Cup program

This year because there is no public holiday and hence out of season rates, there will be no time to hold the navigation part of the comp. All the tasks will be held on the Friday and Saturday afternoon at and above the airfield.

Friday 17th July: Free flying and arrival of pilots by road or air. Be ready for the afternoons tasks
Saturday 18th July: Morning free flying. More tasks in the afternoon.
Sunday 19th July: Leave at your leisure
Prize giving Saturday evening.
The theme is Halloween vs Zombies so choose your side

Just for the record Rob, the 17th is a Thursday, and the Sunday is the 20th. Does that shift everything out by a day? I have taken the 17th 18th and 21st as leave, so either way no worries, just thought I would check how that ties in with the program.

OK Rob, i will run the Bladder prize again this year won by Louis Cole last year..rules remain the same. Rob will be the judge.

The pilot who flies the most in hours flown to get to the event, logged hours, irrespective of aircraft flown. Prize will be a Grippa tie down kit with a set of wheel chocks.
