Hi Guys , this breakfast has been postponed to Monday due to the Funeral service for Ex Pres Mandela .
Please do not fly in or out of the restricted areas as demarkate by the notams , should you be caught you may find yourself in court with a hefty fine and a note retricting any further flights
Thus the brekkie is postponed to Monday the 16th At Borris Benics airfield

Where did you get this info because according to the Notam, it expire 22:00 on the 14th of December 2013 Quote: C)1312142200 (Format: YYMMDDHHMM) and this is Zulu time so 24h00 on Saturday night

I sent the SAAF Authorisation committee at flightautho@telkomsa.net an e-mail requesting Authorisation for our flight to Elands, out Friday back Monday. I stated that we are not Transponder equipped, and their answer was, and I quote:

"Sorry to inform you, if the microlights are not transponder equipped, it mean no flying until 20 Dec ‘13"

I also do not understand why the NOTAM is different to their response. Maybe you should send in a request for Authorisation for Monday 16 Dec 13, and see how they respond. The NOTAM should be updated if this is the case.
