Any event depends on the creator (in this case EAA), and the host (in this case Brits Flying Club). From the start we had excellent comms between EAA and BFC and I have to compliment both EAA and BFC teams for a great event. It has been a pleasure to coordinate over the past 5 months.
However, the success depends on those volunteer visitors who spend money to be at an event.
Rob Mc did not make it with the Mustang and shouldn't be blamed. Check, check and double check, and if not happy, go by road. Good decision !
TAF did make it with the Sling Tail dragger. Old microlighter, Jean D"Assenville did the first taildragger (ZU-TDR) Sling landing at Brits and Mike Blythe (another microlighter legend) still hung over from the trans-atlantic Oshkosh trip followed with the legendary ZU_TAF. Dankie manne, nog meer omdat Jean nou 'n half eeu oud is !

The trikers impressed with a very good showing. Don't blame me if I forget names, but have a heart, my mind was rather moeg toe remember all and sunder. Dish(y) and Jack(y) (nice

Bobthebuilder and JvanTonder, I am sure we must have met, but pitty I did not get to meet the face behind the forum name.
Nogmaals thanks to all.
