I must still find this out for sure from Raasa. As far as I've been informed by the AP at the airfield, no, it is not a requirement for the ATF, however because the aircraft was involved in an accident, DBP will need to be signed off by two independant AP's. IE two inspections. I dont think it's a requirement because there are so few rated test pilots around? I think there are only around 5 in the whole country? I stand to be corrected though.bobthebuilder wrote:Well done guys.
Is a formal flight testing procedure required?
Thanks BC, we've had some custom stickers made as well, they will hopefully be done by next weekend.BeanCounter wrote:Great paint job Bundy! I know you had to go a couple of rounds to get it right, but damn that looks nice!!
I bought that Cobra and it's also getting a new wing at the moment, Jenya says another 4 weeks. The training is going annoyingly slow. I've had bad luck with weather over the last couple of lessons, Bapsfontein sure can get foggy at 06:00 amBundy wrote: Did you eventually buy the cobra you were interested in? How far's the training boet?

Your trike looks great.
Do you think the owner of the prop, which on your trike at the moment, will be willing to sell it? I am looking for one, they work well on 503's
