Hokaai julle 2, if you 2 want to talk rugby, go somewhere else. Ons is nog high op ons Waterkloof stories.
John.com, thanks for that PM, I did indeed name some of the photos incorrectly 01 instead of 19.

P.S. Only BLUE BULL supporters can organise fly-ins like this.

Thanks a million to all for the most memorable time of my life.

picture 1 the all important briefing. 2 the excitement of getting ready for the take off and 3 my son and i safely back at Microland. We joined the airsow in time to hear and see the cheetah in action and the familliar faces of the many pilots.

I actually felt like an ou ballie and think we should try and get more youngsters involved in our sport

I sit here and read all the positive posts and I, for the first time since joining Microlighters, can identify and place a face to the Avatar.
I'll long remember the magic vibe on Friday evening when we all were "coming out of the closet" with our Avatars, the laughter and surprise from all when one after the other disclosures were made. xxx

On Friday afternoon when the first aeries arrived I was fortunate to be in the tower with the ATC and that poor woman, for whom I have the greatest respect, was fielding calls from all directions and handling the situation with controlled confusion. She was plotting each a/c as they were calling and John was on the binocs getting each one visual. The incoming pilots were calling downwind, base, finals short finals. Rafik and tailspin who landed in the dark, on IFR. (^^)

Die Aeros se stadigste was 58 mph, met bar heel vorentoe, ek het baie ongemaklik maar lekker gevlieg.
Hoop nie ek het jul ander gepla nie.

Maar dankie dat ek deel kon wees van dié saam vlieg/

Awsome!!!! (^^) I will have to change my Avatar though. It was classified as boaring on Friday, and I agree.

Les, can we do this again for the September airshow at Waterkloof?
