Hi All,

Just a thought, why don't we begin a thread whereby we can post the links (or vids themselves, if possible and the owners/administrators of the site have capacity) of videos we have taken of our flights...

Ian...are we able to upload video files to ML? Youtube blocks my uploads...copyright on audio (music) :wink:

Do you add them just like you would a photo? Files are in excess of 300Meg..... Oh well, I'll give it a try....lets see.

Fresh out.....tried to upload a 30 sec clip of my lightjie...11mb file (smallest one I could find)...taking too much time, internet is busy now, will try later tonight

For those of you who find it difficult to access YouTube or are as computer illiterate as I am, use: http://filetolink.com/ Works for me. Mail youself the link and you can copy and past it where yoy like.

Got a tip from someone to get around this. Use any sound editor to change the rhythm of the song slightly, (put an extra doef or dissssh in somewhere) or use more than one song or loop (repeat) a short part of the song, put an echo effect in somewhere, fade it out and record yourself screaming "WHOO HAA" just as you enter the stall. :P Do anything you like just so that YT's blik brain don't recognize the tune or song. (^^)

I am not going to facilitate movie uploads, just because of the copyright issues, you guys can link at will but we can be shut down for hosting stuff, pics are fine but music and video is a no no

I am using Vimeo: http://www.vimeo.com Here you create a free account and you can upload 500MB every week for free, no problem with any music you use. You can post the link to your video here and we can watch it there... Here is a link to one of my videos as an example.
