The Date for Carnarvon Fly-in 2012 has been set for 1-3 June 2012.

Should have details of package prices shortly.Sien uit om almal weer te sien.Weer behoort daai tyd van die jaar O.K. te wees,net koud.Die aand vure sal nog daar wees,met lekker Karoo kos .

We have arranged prices for the Fly-in with various guesthouses to keep our package price as low as we can.Weekend packages and one night packages can be organized through Adrie (0762789574 or andersonr@mweb.co.za).

Weekend package price: R650.00 p.p. sharing a room
R820.00 p.p. single.
The price includes the follwing:2 nights accomodation
Fri.+ Sat evening meals+ Entrance to evening function.
Sat + Sun English breakfast (Bacon+eggs)
Transport to and From Airfield

One night package:R330.00 p.p. sharing
R410.00 single
The price includes the following:1 night accomodation
1 night meal and entry to function
1 english breakfast
Transport to and from airfield

Hotel package (Limited ammount available)Full Weekend:R610.00p.p. sharing
R710.00 single
Hotel package includes same as guesthouse package.

Hi All

Anybody interested in flying to the pans in the Vanwyksvlei area let us know so that we can arrange a breakfast run .We could also look at Verneukpan which is not too far from Vanwyksvlei.Will be able to organize Mogas for those needing.
