The landing - great advice from ground radio vhpy
The runway - like a carpet , last landed here around 4 years ago in my TBIRD, was dust then, but now... :!:
The people - Great hospitality, thanks guys vhpy
The food - wonderful, huge selection, really tasty thanks (^^)

Hey guys,

Sorry I missed this one..ended up waiting at Crosswinds for Gary and Percy...turned out that Gary could not make it and Percy had to do a precautionary some where close to Panorama..he had a heavy headwind,took him an hour from Heidelberg to Soweto...

Well..if you guy are there on Saturdays,I would still love to fly over for a coffee...perhaps braai something... ##

We are normally there on Saturdays and if the weather is good, we are flying. I plan a trip to Crosswinds this Saturday to have a look at the progress on the Thunderbird. Might see you there.
