For the Western Cape Gyro’s, do we have an itinerary/flight plan/dates when we’ll be leaving, returning etc?

Hi Gyronaughts

Thanks for the emails and PM's received .

Some information .

I am busy with applying to have an ATC present for the weekend , if only for our own safety !

We will have a Safety Officer on duty just to keep us SAFE again .

I have had guys asking what is the program for the weekend . Here i need some help from you . I was thinking that guys can start to arrive on friday , That evening can be either at leisure or we can braai together . Saturday surely we will see some more Gyro's arriving and the day will be spend flying in the area .

Saturday evening we will have a meal together in the restaurant at FOREVER GARIEP , at R95.00 p/h , Grumpy will supply us with entertainment . Sunday you can have breakfast and leave when you feel like it .

Fuel will be available and transport to Accomodation .

On that note you do not have to stay at the resort , i have had guys that said they would prefer other accomodation , thats not a problem , The only arranged event will be the Saturday eveining thus far .

Anny suggestions or comments would be welcome

Paul
