I feel privileged to know Boet and had a long spin in his Explorer beauty (an hour and 20 mins!) this past December. The first spin was a hot and bumpy ride, and he said we must go again the next morning, early, when the sky is clean and cool. And boy, what a difference that was!A smooth flight from start to finish!! After takeoff, he handed me the stick, and the first thing I did wrong is to "choke" the poor stick. Needless to say, I was quickly pointed at my grip error by the legendary Boet! I also learned some great things from him about general flying and cant wait to learn more. Thanks Boet, and I cant wait to come down again and resume some lessons.
I am now saving my way up to own my own Bushbaby, (or Explorer!). I already find out while at his workshop, how much it more or less cost. He also showed me how the kit looks like with all those bolts and nuts and tons of other interesting and exciting looking stuff!
I am sure I will find enough courage and support in this forum to carry me through all the procedures in becoming a Microlight Pilot.

Here is a few pics we took while in the air, enjoy and a BIG THANKS to Boet!!!

Greetings,
Jaco (Aka Wessie)
