Hi Francois,

Groete

Lekker flight this morning taking ZU-DBP home (As this airy used to be mine, I got a soft spot for that Aquilla and kinda glad Tribal Croc did not wanna dice this morning as I know what that wing of his can do vhpy)

We took off sparrows far*t at Aeroden and once all if us were airborne (8 trikes in total) I decided to make a radio call - Ja, this was difficult as we had some fat okes flying low  and some okes literally close to the statosphere  - So what do you broadcast? "Traffic 124.8 this is DFM, one of 8 trikes routing Aeroden to Klipvoor dam, at this time 7 miles west of Brits at an altitude ranging from 4100 feet to about flight level 95"

Nevertheless it was a great flight followed by a great Breakfast (Thanks Landie), and nice to have Gaylord and Dish join us later too

Crocster - Enjoy that Aquilla - It is a special plane - Fly safe, and know that you remain part of the Aeroden gang (We are proudly a drinking club - With a flying problem!!) and remember that wingovers are BAD, and you go straight to hell for doing them!!

Thanks for all the congratulations vhpy

And a very special thanks to all the guys that made the trip out with me (^^) (^^) (^^)

As Big D said we left very early on Saturday morning and its was a great flight home

I must admit I was one of the "high flyers"

Sunday afternoon I went for 30min local flight just to get a feel for my new surroundings and it was awesome :)

This morning I took my wife Landy up for a 50min flight, we flew over all the runways in our area.

It's amazing in a 5nm radius there are 5 runways

I must admit it is a bit scary flying over the bushveld all you see is trees and dams

I had to do 3 low level runway clearances this morning - (**) donerse Blesbucks (**)

See you all soon
