Hi All

What are the procedures for approach from the Wes.
Will be coming from Aeroden routing directly over Harties.

Landing Fees ? ?

Closer the time I rekon we will need to post arrival proc. Usually almost direct from West for the Join, but if there are 70 of us pulling in I think we need to co-ordinate it. ATC can handle it, but will be silent approach I think like Osh. Join follow guy ahead and land.

Guys,

Just a few questions :-

1) Is anybody organising tv news - historic value i.e first time fly in ?
2) if there are 70 of us, would it classify as a record of some sorts for a single fly in ? Guinness ? :?:

I will be posting the approach routes once they have been finalized. Provisionally the routes are as follows:

From the East: Pinedene corridor to the N1 Shell Ultra City then north along the Old Johannesburg Rd to Zwartkop AFB.

From the West: N1 Shell Ultra City then North along the Old Johannesburg Rd to Zwartkop AFB

I have emailed Athol Franz, Editor of African Pilot to do a story and capture the event. No answer yet.
