Don't know if it is worth being concerned about but look at these two storm systems to the south of their Pacific route.

From what I can see they are going to experience headwinds. This is going to be a tight one

This image provided by NOAA shows Hurricane Felicia, lower left, taken at 11:45 p.m. EDT Wednesday Aug. 5, 2009. Felicia is continuing to gain strength far out in the Pacific. The National Hurricane Center says Felicia's maximum sustained winds have increased to near 140 mph, making it a Category 4 storm and a major hurricane. We will keep you posted as to what Mike & James decides on the departure.

Added to all this Felicia is moving towards Hawaii, weakening, dropping to a category 3 during Friday although they should still pass by it about 900 km to the north

600nm done, 1500nm to go. Looks like they have no wind or a slight tailwind now after experiencing a 5knot headwind for the first 500nm

I see they are climbing to try to get a better tailwind. Currently at 5000ft, 90.65knots

I guess they have until 1000nm to see if they will make it, or turn back. That would be their only alternative

beyond the point of no return, fortunately running with about a 20 knot tailwind

Looking at the Hurricane, the bottom one is Friday 5pm, next up sat 5am, then sat 5pm then....

So it looks like they are going to clear the storm

They have made up really good time. ETA is now 03:11 SA time. They have a nice 10 to 15 knot tailwind
