Like always, you can expect a huge varity of models, at least 3 or 4 full size displays, skydivers and lots more at this years show. For the family there will be flea market stalls, jumping castles, heli flips and lots more

Just a reminder of this awesome show next weekend :!:

We invite Microlight pilots to fly-in on the morning of the show, there will be various food stalls, one of them specifically catering for breakfast including a bacon and egg roll with coffee for around R30. Arrivals and departures will be restricted from 09:30am, with the Airshow starting at 10am. Please call "Henley Ground" on 125.6 when 5nm out, join to the west of the field, below 6000ft. Follow unmanned joining procedures, we won't have ATC but will have radio operators on the ground for advisory purposes only. Runway 01R/19L, Tar, 300m, no obstacles. Please post a reply if you intend to fly in.

We have great displays lined up this year including CC Pocock who will display his skills in his Bush Cessna. As always we'll have skydivers and a number of other full size displays. A highlight of the day is a mockup WW2 pyrotechniques display where model planes will fire on and bomb a model town and planes, not to be missed :!:
Model aircraft displays include Turbine and electric ducted fan Jets, Pylon racers, Warbirds, Large Scale Aerobatics, Control Line, 3D and Scale Helicopters, 3D Fun Fly, Model Skydivers and much more. I'll post a provisional program early next week

Be sure not to miss this great show :!:

Thanks Barry, when are you flying there :?: Come buzz us when passing Henley, we'll be there to set up the field on Friday. CC will be practicing on Friday so just keep a lookout for a "low & slow" Cessna :)

Enjoy your trip,
(^^)
