Biggest Stellenbosch Fly- Inn on 9 May 2009

Dear Paul,
Participants may Fly-In from Friday the 8th. Catering will be supplied for Friday evening – BOOKING ESSENTIAL for the Friday evening meal to determine numbers. Saturday morning we expect most of the pilots flying in and breakfast as well as lunch will be available. We propose to have some fun events with prizes.
For both the evenings, for those wanting to camp, a Camping Site has been allocated with ablution facilities. Catering for the evening meal and music will be provided.
The theme will be “OSHKOSH AT FASH”! American cars and bikes will be on display as well. In the evening a typical line-dance-type band will be there to help with the atmosphere!
Participants will leave on Sunday morning after breakfast and after 9.00am.

You guys close can fly in , fly out and then drive in for the evening , But you are welcome to stay over also , Guys like TOBIE that stay close can fly in , Leave the trike the night enjoy the evening , Sleep at home and the next day just fly the trike out again , How does that sound ??
