Het laas naweek my trike terug gevlieg plaas toe (69 nm Microland Elands Quad Camp)
Die hoeveld was getrou aan sy reputasie..koud, swak uitsig en n matige NW.
Dankbaar n lekker avontuur is afgehandel..
Die pilots by Groblersdal het my n lekker braai gegooi Vrydagaand en ek het hulle my fotos gewys en van my ervarings vertel.
Saterdagoggend het Asterix en een van sy chommies kom kuier. Ons het die dal plat gevlieg en net trikes stories gesels.

A year ago I walked into a hanger at a runway in the loskop Valey by the name of Aasvoelkrans..I saw a neat little fixedwing..A Thunderbird…….270 hrs since new with 582 engine never been opened…..A year later, that was last week I enquired about the aircraft, and was told that it is still standing in that very same position..!!!
The good news is that I bought the aircraft at a very good price and very shortly I will be searching for a instructor willing to spend time and lots of patience with me…So Gentlemen that is my dream for the next couple of months ahead of me…
