Weather looking ok for now, expecting 5-7knts NE tomorrow morning, lets hope rain and clouds stay away.

I will have a kettle on the go for the early flight for coffee etc. Fire will be supplied for the braai, remember your own braai packs/sides, a snack or two, cooldrinks, beverages (pilots who try to drink and fly will have their aircraft confiscated and stripped down for parts ) as well as your own cutllery please....personality and a sense of humor are mandatory!

For those flying in from elsewhere, please fly safe and obey the rules. Call 3 miles out on 120.35 and then report overhead @ 6200ft. Circuit altitude is 5700ft, and all circuits are flown to the east of the field. Runway normally in use is 03 but has telephone wires on the threshold!!! Please be careful and mindful that there will be training in progress as well.

Will see you early... I can't guarantee the bright part, as I am not the best morning person in the world...
There are 2 easy ways to get me up early though... Tell me I am going flying, or tell me I am going diving...

Was not a great day for flying due to vis but we had an awesome day taking up friends for flips in the circuit/GF. Was lekker to have "Goose" arrive as well, sorry I did not have a chance to chat to you Sir, I'm glad the runway was long enough for you! (just shows you how much I know about 3 axis )

Hi guys, thanks for all the hospitality and Braai, was awesome! Myself and the other two newbies all had a great time and recieverd very useful info from all the regular flyers around. We will be starting our training in April and most def get to know everyone much better. Safe flying till then

I must Second that, Thank you Bundy for organising an excellent day, Thank you to the ML guys for their hospitality, and on a personal note, Thank You to Blue Max for taking me up, it was, albeit a bit misty, an excellent flight... Hopefully IU will be able to return the favour soon, or at least fly together somewhere...

Excellent way to spend a Saturday...
