Noel, Last year I only sent in my forms about 3 weeks before the event. Last year we flew in to Waterkloof on the Friday, flew the fly-by on Saturday morning and left on Saturday or Sunday. Therefore you ask for clearance from Friday 12H00 until Sunday 12H00 that is if you intend to leave on Sunday. Moenie worry nie Chom...

Just wish we could get clearer forms.
