Trike long-range tank

Good morning fellow members.
My tank started leaking fuel where the outlet fitting is fitted into the plastic tank.
My water trap also got damaged, had to be removed.
Can this be repaired, if so where and by whom?
Do I have to buy a complete new tank, from whom?

What trike is it off? Am I right in saying you can just replace the fittings? I am changing seals on my fuel drain/ sampler now.
