Gyro mod Ela 07 to 08

Hi guys,

Need some help as to what process to follow or possibly the right contact at CAA.
Mechanicals all stayed the same, only cockpit changed to 08. Apparently this has been done before.

Will really appreciate some direction.

I suggest you contact the local Ela agent, I think he has done it previously

Hi - in brief terms what is the difference between an "07" and an "08" ?

The SA 07 version is still the old narrow shape with almost rectangular shaped windscreen.
The SA 08 version is what you know as the 07S. The first shape with the wider body and round windscreen.
