What would the requirements be should one want to unmothball a motor?
Say 200hours has been standing for 18 months.
Also required to change from pull start to electric.
Can some of the techies advise please.

IMHO....
As you would do at 300 hours.
The motor would have to be opened, seals replaced. Crank checked etc... EVERYTHING I would say...?

Open it up and take the mothballs out
If it was inhibited correctly using oil - just start the motor - that should sort that out. But before that - you may want to examine the carbs, as they are often forgotten about when inhibitting. May have some muck lying in the bottom of the bowls. Also carb rubbers may have developed cracks and will lead to engine running too lean.
Would also find out how the motor was inhibbited. If not done properly - could have all sorts of corrosion inside. In which case open surgery may be required to inspect the innards.
