Safari fairing

I understand from Rainbow Aircraft that there is now official fairing for a Aerotrike Safari. Is there some one out there that designed their own pod? Will the Aquilla fairing fit the Safari? Would love to fly warmer without changing aeries

Ranger has a mould for an Aquilla fairing here in CT. He has been meaning to actually make a fairing which he is quite happy to lend to you to see if it would fit.
However I do understand that the fairing does change the flying characteristics of the trike and perhaps the safest route would be to find someone with a Safari fairing that we can copy or go to the manufacturers

Thanx Morph,
Hope there is some one out there that have gone all the way on this one. If I manufacture my own or addapt the Aquilla one(without changing the main frame of the trike),will it be necessary to get it legalized by CAA ?
