Windlas 503 Engine Mounting Rubbers

Hi,
I changed my engine mounting rubbers on a windlas with a rotax 503 upside down configuration.
Now I want to know how to tighten the nuts & bolts.. I know with an align key & spanner...
But how do I "adjust" it? The gap between the engine frame and and engine was like 11 mm and the by the prop like 13mm.
Should I adjust it the same way or should I use I torque wrench?
That is the first time I changed the rubbers myself.
