jump starting a microlight

Can someone help here. Is it possible that when jump starting a microlight that it can cause a Hobbs meter to Zero itself ??

I see no responses so far, so herewith my 2 cents.

It may well depend on the type of pickup that your tacho uses - mine on my 503 uses induction from the spark plug lead, so there is no hard wiring into the electrical system, so using the TinyTac, I would stick my neck out and say no, but if yours uses some other means of pick up which is integrated into the wiring system, maybe, as there will certainly be some surges through your system when you hook up the leads - again, this is not an expert opinion vhpy

would it be a digital version, yes spike on E flow can cause some wonderfull??? reactions
normal analogue, no ways
