I have been receiving comments regarding headset cables, all Air Magic cables either curly or straight are mil spec tinsel, hence the plugs that we us, they CAN NOT be soldered and are crimped. We have made on request in the past straight cables as they dont flap and so on. These are also tinsel. A simple survey...

To solder tinsel wire, take one strand of any multistrand cable, wind onto the tinsel wire and solder. This makes a nice end to solder to another part or component. Hope this help someone.

Please can you help? I currently has a Buzzing system in my trike and recently purchased headsets from Air Magic. I found on arrival that the new headsets has different plugs on and can't fit onto the Vodacom system. 1) Does a converter exist that I can use? 2) can I use / connect both systems and use them simultaneously? 3) can I purchase a extra connection on the Air Magic chatterbox to connect my Iphone into?

Howzit Paul,

I have your curly cables, and have never been bothered by any wind flap. In fact, when flying, i forget that they are there.
I have not tried the straight cables, but doubt that there would be an improvement in comfort.
