Saturday during my flight my radio decided to stop working. I then discovered that it blew a fuse and since then every time I switch the radio on the fuse goes. I use a buzzcom system with a Icom A22 radio
I have check all the wiring, connections ect. but still no luck. This is the first time in 500 hours with the system that this problem has happened. Where ells can I check for the fault

Drop buzzcom a line - they are very helpful

Step 1. unplug the radio from everything and see if it works.

Step2 Test the intercom system witout the radio plugged in and see if this works.

Step 3, plug the radio in to the intercom but leave it unplugged from the power and test it. If it blows the fuse then there is a short circuit on the cable that feeds the audio from the radio to the intercom.

Step 4. If it works fine then plug in the external radio power. If this blows the fuse then this is where the problem is, either in the wiring or internal to the radio.
