Benches and Wenches Party...

A good friend of ours and one of our investigative volunteers (Tasch) is having her (40th?) birthday party on Saturday 21 October (Next Saturday)…

It’s one of those “Medieval” evenings. You go there, they give you some Viking (or whatever) clothes to put on, and you sit along benches like the old Vikings.

You are fed “wild food” and call the waitress by shouting “Wench! Bring me beer!”

It’s very cool, and will be a first for me as well.

Tasch has booked the WHOLE venue, and would like to “fill the room” with as many people as possible – so you’re also invited.

There is a catch: It costs R 145 per person, but that’s a helluva lot cheaper than playing paintball or having a “night out with the buys” I reckon!

So come on you lot – bring your wenches or studs, and let’s all have a ton of fun!

I will also go – so you’ll have something (crazy) to look forward to!

Hi guys

As some of you know (and those of you who don’t should be ashamed of yourselves), it’s my 30th on the 22nd of October 2006.

I am hoping to go to Wenches and Benches for the big day (although it would be the night before – 21st October). I need to know if you and your partners will be joining us for this very different evening. Technically I need 35 people to place the booking, so if you have friends etc that you wanna invite, that’s excellent (as long as they bring me a pressie of course). Cost is R145 per person and includes a 3 course meal and LOADS of fun.

Please let me know if you will be joining us and if yes, how many friends, enemies, siblings etc you will be bringing, so that I can either make the booking or come up with a plan B.
