Potties Patrollie

Die Potties Patrollie het die afgelope naweek Kroon toe gevlieg vit die "breakfast",en toe sommer 'n lekker vliegnaweek daarvan gemaak...
Vrydag is al die trikes gepak en volgemaak vir vroegoggend opstyg...
Die "ground crew" het vroeg al die bagasie opgelaai,en al gery Kroon toe.

We got airborne with first light from Potties,to meet up with Adam at Settlers.

Oor die Springbokvlakte het sigbaarheid beter geword.
Martin het uitgedraai ooste toe om vir Adam te wag wat van Marble Hall af kom.Hy was so 5 myl van ons af,maar ons kon hom nie sien nie...
Daar is baie landerye wat nie bewerk is nie as gevolg van die droogte,en die swak ekonomie.
Die Springbokvlakte is gewoonlik groen vanuit die lug.

From Settlers we flew with one extra trike (Adam)to Pienaarsrivier,and from there to the Pretoria Training area...
From Pienaarsrivier over the old Bophuthatswana to Soshanguve was not places to do any landings,you were only relying on the Rotax motors...

We landed at Kroon two hours 45 minutes after we took of at Potties.We were in time for the breakfast,but to late for the MISASA meeting...
just in time to see the other trike pilots leave...
We had a nice breakfast at Kroon,enjoyed the company from other pilots,and refueled for our next trip to Aeroden....

Ons het na meer as 3 ure se rondvlieg Saterdagoggend op Aeroden geland
.
Hier het ons vir Fanie(wat met sy Jodel deurgekom het)gekry waar hy en Ansan vir ons gewag het.

After we booked in at Aeroden,we moved our trikes to a more secure parking place near our guest house.

Nadat ons lekker gevlieg het,het ons besluit om bietjie te gaan rondry.
Ons het Harties op horings geneem,en ook lekker gaan eet-breakfast was lankal uitgevlieg...

After the nice drive at Harties,we rushed back to Aeroden for our Sun-downer flight to Brits...
On our way back we saw another trike flying with us-thanks Citrus for coming to greet us at Aeroden
