Peter Timm RIP

Postby CVStrong » Wed Jun 25, 2014 10:36 pm

For any of this forum who are avid flyers and divers, you will mourn the passing of a wonderful person. The first man to see a living coelacanth, he loved diving and his Cheetah too. I will treasure the memories of sitting around the camp fire chatting about 2 of my loves, flying and diving with the same wise man.

Peter, may you dwell equally between the lofty heights and the ocean depths you loved...

I stumbled on the story of Peters untimely passing by pure coincidence a few days ago while browsing news24. I never met Peter but spoke with him a few times on the phone and I got the impression he was a likable guy. Condolences to his friends and family.
