Great photos Rudi :!: :!: :!:

Bit of useless information for those who may or may not know. The "COSMOS" were brought in during the "BOER" war by the British forces as they apparently have a high nutrition value for horses and not as some believe to line the roadways for the "QUEENS" visit.

Your's in Flying 8) 8) 8)

The cosmos is not a problematic plant, as it is not an alien invader plant. All it does is look pretty at a certain part of the year. Jacarandas are a problem in the lowveld, but not on the highveld. Therefore it would be daft wanting to destroy them on the Highveld. Obviously the very bad alien invader plant in the Lowveld is the lantana.

I say ban the Blue Gum, we don't have any koala bears to feed and the mines don't need them anymore and they destroy the environment, sap Koeberg of it's nuclear energy, suck up all the water, sterilise the soil, kill all beautiful forms of indiginous plantlife and create havoc at our airfield with turbulance, not that this is the compelling reason at all no ':-
