How should we go about this. We need some form of a badge or a cap which is available but the badge is actually a must as that is then on your flight suit or jacket. It realy is nice to know you are talking to a fellow forum member as what happened on Saturday at Witbank I was talking to some folks and one was Deltavv and we did not know.

SO Demon and all we as a group need some input and I will in the mean time geta Quote as per our logo as is if that carries the fellow members and your approval.

Agent,,. very good idea.

For quotes, try "E.L.N" .... they are in your valley (kempton park)..... follow Long ave, direction east, right up to the point where long ave turns and runs parallel to Albatros/ pomona rd.......... they are situated in the small section of rd next to Albatros/ pomona rd, before the Kempton rd/ Gottfried intersection...

Basically situated very close to the centerline. threshold for 21/03 for JIA

I used them about 2 years ago, the staff with the white coat, sharpened pencils and thick glasses was very good with the artwork..... once the artwork is done, its easily used for embroydery, slicksceening or vinyl....

Might be of help.

Hi Ryan all you have to do is let us have some prices.

Use the logo top left of screen and lets see what you come up with.

The guys on avcom have given it to the members to design and they had some good ideas.

Maybe someone like you have some ideas.

GO brother GO

The only kak is you must post a pic of your design for comments by the rest who cannot design.

If you can get the original logo e-mailed to me I can come up with a design no prob.

Embroidered badges range from R5.00 for pocket sized to R50.00 for a big back size one depending on the stitch count.

A decent cap embroidered will be about R25.00 each

Golf shirts (plain type) with embroidery from R40.00

Printed T-shirts anything from R25.00

Sweat shirts, beanies, jackets all available

If you can get the logo sent to me Corel or JPEG high res I will work on some designs and put pics here with actual prices if its okay with moderators.

Ryan,,,,,,,, nice site, nice variety; i quite like the stone or black longsleeved t-shirts, would be good for under the flying suite on cool days, or for the drive to and from the field in the early morns...

Here is one idea so long (hope I get this right)

http://www.tshirtguys.co.za/TSHIRT/Page_13.html

(Ryan this was a URL address, it ended with "html". I opened the page and right-clicked on the image. I then selected Properties and you get the name of the picture, in this case - http://www.tshirtguys.co.za/TSHIRT/Page_13/IMAG0000.JPG. This I put between the Image brackets - Morph)

Very nice, but also keep something in mind like a universal logo so the wives can stitch it to any thing, :D prefer not the Velcro type.

And what about a sticker for the tryke :?:

Bennie the sticker is a great idea too. I see Agent has his business sticker on his Bantam, looks good.

Do you guys realise that Bennie has just told us he has a wife, well done Bennie.

Ag ek praat sommer K.

Thanks Demon for your support.

Ryan most important we need a cloth embroided badge for the flight suits so we can meet the people.
As Bennie said our wives for those of us who still have them now that we fly can like to sew them on.

Here comes a joke: when I was still racing cars we were visiting my parents and I wanted my mother to embroid my name on my overalls but MRS agent piped up and told the mother in law not to bother with the name, she should rather put the policy numbers ojn the overalls. WOW I thought it was funny not my old lady.

No disrespect to what has happened of late.
