First option is also great

Grumpy, remember they have their own chef and staff. Unlike us who have to hire it in, which is where the lamb on the spit works well

I don't think you should worry about numbers too much Paul.
Keep the costs down and have guys pay up front,
and a few days before the event you will have reasonably reliable numbers.
Guys will come if there is enough reason to be there.
Price, vibe, gees, dop, chow, k@k praat, support a cause, prizes (Thanks Zulu) (^^) (^^)

(Dope, Strippers, Gambling....... Think out the box boet!! ##

Just do it!!! (**) (**) Maybe involve a sponsor.........

Are you worried about an upper limit or a lower limit?

Grumpy, the past two events have been boosted by the WCMC members. I would say 50 as a good Microligters only event.

Paul, I can extend the invite to them if you wish. Otherwise extend it to the rest of the Stellies crowd, let's rub shoulders with the blik boys for a change

Surely the jol is for anyone/everyone who flies and their partners and mates............. (^^) (^^)
I still believe pricing and timing play a big roll. Timing is good.
Waiting for pricing ...Times are tougher than we think.
Especially with toys.

There is a SERIOUS move from 'Just pay up' to 'Value for money'..
