Testers wanted - no pay - no reward - just thanks from DH

Postby DarkHelmet » Tue Oct 10, 2006 1:36 am

I have installed some new software to track support requests for my company.

The system is listening for emails to support [at] pimpano.co.za and sales [at] pimpano.co.za (replace [at] with @)

I would appreciate it if you would send a mail to any of the two and report your experience as a reply here.

It is very much in tweak phase, but if you want to know how to do anything on your PC ask us at one of the adresses atop, or if you want a quote on some kit request it.

My team is not yet geared to respond but I would appreciate your help...

Trade a flip for a reply ;)

Awesome guys! Thanks a lot for all the mails! Gadget - still nothing? What email did you send from?

My antispam system "greylists" you for 15 minutes as a precaution for a first send. I will allow your mail thru once your server retries after 15minutes to resend the mail. Once we reply to you (or send you a mail) the antispam lets the mails thru instant afterwards.

DH, no problem from my side, the automated replies came through very quickly. I think Gadget has not received a reply.

I sent 2 this morning requesting the following help
Could you please advise where I can get my silicon coated syncopater valve serviced

And the following sales query
Please give me a price on double coated aluminized frangle buster. I’d prefer mine to be green.
I received no replies yet

Don't hold your thumbs Morph, I doubt anyone would want to reply to that!!! The system might suggest a brain scan tho.
