My new 912 :-)
Hi Demon,
After a student help park my trusty old Aquiila on the centre of the runway, I was forced to buy a new Airborne XT 912 with the Streak3 wing. :D
I flew it back from the factory to our strip on Wednesday, but not very excited about the handling until I checked the winds. 30 Kts
This aircraft is something else with fuel consumption around 8.5 ltrs/hr one up.
You can fly these basically all through the day :D with exceptionally good handling. It was a tough decision to make, but I feel sure it was the correct one.
Trim speed 63 Kts which also helps in coming into our very difficult strip :D :D
