Awesome Awesome. Back in Gauteng and I know now why some guys fly GT's and fancy trikes. Congrats to Fred with your new baby. (wish it was mine)The average ground speeds was in the 80's with very little bumps or shall I say co-ordinated bumps. I was only sh#t scared for 15 minutes on this whole trip, when I took off from Cradock. Did not planned to land there as I re-fuel the previous day in flight, but the GPS warned "low battery" and spare batteries was in my backpack tied up and out off reach. So I had to. Cradock's runway looks like a bloody ploughed field at the moment but I found a few usable meters after a precautionary and also used the opportunity to fuel. I tried to follow the road from there through the valley but.... At one stage I thought I am going to die in Cradock (the graveyard is very small there so, I don't think people die there too often). Will have to go through the pics and video tomorrow and will post some. Some very special moments that I would like to share.
NOW..... whereto NEXT Nick ?

What caused you to be shit scared 15 mins out of Cradock? Sounds like the wind was howling like that day at Belfast?!

Now you have caused kak for me Coyote
I used to have the best trike in the hangar - now gonna be difficult to keep up with the Freds

Re: *Need a Gutsy Responsible pilot to fly a Pegasus 912 to
What trike you got now ? Fred is gonna be hard to stay with and even match in turbulence due to the peer steering that the Quantum has.skybound® wrote:Now you have caused kak for me CoyoteI used to have the best trike in the hangar - now gonna be difficult to keep up with the Freds
