Re: Quicksilver / Basic 4000 Flight Needed
Hi Bearcat,
Thanks for the reply - Oh really? Vintage you say? I had no idea...well, I am looking at the above mentioned, principally because a family friend has one that stands "rotting in a hangar in Aeroden" as Dish subtly put it a while back.

Bantam Owners Please Read
Hi All, I am looking for any Bantam owners or flying schools who have Bantams available for Hire and Fly purposes. Perhaps an owner has a machine who doesn't fly it much and would like it to make money for them on the off days when it's not being flown? I am a responsible person with a PPL (with a N...

Hangar required for VP1 in greater Pretoria area
Hi All, Aerie is currently hangared at Aerdoen and the drive from Moreleta Park in Pretoria East is a bit of a mission. Would like to get it a little closer to home, not too fussy about facilities etc Any suggestions? I am new to the "Microlight Strips" so don't know all of them or where they are. A...

Taildragger Conversion - Reasonable Rates
Hi All, Would anyone be able to assist me with finding a taildragger in the greater Gauteng area that I can do my initial-tail on? If need be I would be willing to travel further. I have done my research and these things are like hen's teeth and unfortunately when you DO find one, the rates are ridi...

Re: Bantam Flying
Hi Dish,
Thanks for the admin - Yes, I forget that these little LSA have such stringent weight limitations, so apologies for not clearing that up from the outset.
I am looking forward to the call and hope it comes soon!
How often do you fly?

Bantam Flying
Hi All, I recently did a Bantam conversion and in an attempt to get as much exposure on the machine as possible, I would like to appeal to any Bantam owners in the Pretoria / Jo Burg area to give me shout if they are going up and have a right seat that's short of a bum. I would be more than happy to...
