Just got wind of this thread so here is some info from the horses mouth: The XTreme does not include the RDAC. The reason for this is there are different models and you need to choose one to suit your engine. The one for the typical Rotax is the RDAC VD and its pretty cheap at R852 inclusive of VAT....

Whatever you do, don't buy a place to stay right away.
Rent and then take all the time in the World to pick a place.
