Evening all,
You will have to forgive me, as I have posted this in another section on here, but am not sure there is much activity there.
I have been quietly looking around, without much luck it appears for somewhere I can do my CCM licence. Currently flying here in the UK, however I would like to actually finish and complete my licence in SA, personal choice, weather and the ability to concentrate on it without distraction.
So ... I am looking for somewhere that would be able to;
A) Do the training in a 4 / 6 week period if possible
B) Be able to accommodate on-site or very close by
C) Be able to do it September maybe into October
Currently on a Thruster T600 and would if possible like to maintain such, or at the least as close as, as I am now comfortable with it.
So any thoughts or idea's appreciated ....
Ps,
Before anyone says Oh Hell, another Rooinek ... I am actually from across the Limpopo originally and am now living on Mud Island

Btw. There is a brilliant and hilarious funny book about a guy trying to learn to fly microlights (Thruster) on mud island (UK)
Propellerhead by Antony Woodward
Later the BBC made a documentation about the microlight round Britain rally, where the author participated with his former instructor.

Hi
Try contacting these two schools. They train on weigh shift and LSA type aircraft and I think may have some CCM types to train on.
Both offer what you are looking for with close by and onsite accommodations.
Both in close proximity and not too far from Durban, where you could pop off to for some beach time.
