Try RS Components, that part number sticks out like a dogs balls. Its a liquid flow device if not mistaken its a reference voltage output. Probabaly 0,5 to 24 volts and will be given a value in litres per minute depending on fuel flow which will be converted to a readout of some kind. Either in hex or binary. Or a straight linear reference.
Go to RS components website, type in the part number and it will advise of the device in question. I think in this country its RS.co.za or similar. By default are Rs are expensive.
If you fail, next choice will be Farnells but you will require the input parameters to source a suitable equivalent, then Newark, Mouser, Digi Key and so on.
