Hi Flyers.

The Africa Cup has really become, once again, one of the ' Must attend ' events of the year. I spoke with Willie last week and he really has pulled out all the stops for this years event. Misasa will be there again this year to help make this year an event to remember. This year is also the 21st aniversdary of the inaugural event back in the 80's, so If you know somebody, besides Demon, that attended the first Cup please encourage them to attend this year as well.

The Africa Cup really does not need any advertising from MISASA but we are really happy to promote and help to make the event a success. The purpose of this event is to encourage pilots to participate in Competition flying. The Guateng champs take place from 4th to 7th July 2008 at the Spings Airfield. If you love flying and want to hone your skills, Make a plan to be there as well.

Are there any pilots or ground crew that will be happy to help out as a marshals at the Africa Cup? Please get them to call me.

Oh . We need a few sponsors, Willie will provide a tee shirt besides the official shirt that Misasa will provide and you can have your brand stamped onto the shirt.

I know that the Hotel is full but there are still a few garden cottages open. Willie can also acomodate late entries at a Hotel/Motel nearby.
