RATE FREEZE – PARTICIPATE AT LAST YEARS RATE
The status of the current economic climate - cold, foggy and misty, resulted in us freezing our rates for this years “Numbi – Africa Cup” event. The climatic conditions will however not cloud the warm hospitality and friendly service on offer as per all the previous events, so file that flight plan and book in time.
DATES:
• Arrival date Friday - 21 September 2018
• Departure date Monday - 24 September 2018
COST: 3 nights – Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Rate double R2370.00 per person sharing for weekend package
• Rate single R3015.00 per person in single accommodation
• Meals Dinner bed and breakfast included
Children Rates:
• Under 12 years sharing with parents: R95.00 per day breakfast & dinner
• Over 12 years sharing with parents: R135.00 per day breakfast & dinner
Participants not staying for the 3-night package:
• Rate double: R850.00 per person Dinner bed and breakfast per night
• Rate single : R1235.00 per person Dinner, bed and breakfast per night
• Braai & Saturday dinner R195.00 per person
• Prize giving dinner R235.00 per person
50% Deposit to be paid by the 17th August to secure this reservation.
PROVISIONAL HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS:
• Friday: - Should you be arriving in time for breakfast which is served from 7-10h00, please advise us of this so that we can expect you and have the gate open for you to land and park.
o Arrive at leisure with welcome party / dinner at hotel
• Saturday: - Africa Cup Competition with prize giving dinner and dance
• Sunday: - Fun day, flying and farewell dinner
• Monday: - Depart after breakfast or before depending on your arrangement with reception
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Deposits will only be refunded on receipt of written cancellation, either by fax, e-mail or letter
• 90% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival
• 50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival
• No deposit will be refunded for non-arrival and cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival
• Deposits will only be refunded 30 days after cancellation is received


Theme for Africa Cup this year. In celebration of the 50 year moon landing anniversary. Astronauts Air Hostesses and Sixties fashion. Cold War Spy’s and James Bond style gadgets.
