Kitty Hawk: 6 June 2009: Fly-In

Postby Condor » Thu May 07, 2009 8:09 am

Kitty Hawk will host our annual Microlighters Fly-In on 6 June 2009.

We have invited suppliers of equipment to display their goods on the day.

The normal high quality buffet breakfast will be available on the day from 8:00 and coffe from earlier.

We plan to take an aerial photo of the event at 10:00

Please reply if you are planning to attend to give us some idea for catering purposes.

See you on 6 June 2009 as we have ordered good weather as well!!!

Condor dont worry, you can always count on the Springs Manne to keep the kitchen busy and to leave the runway in the same condition we found it...... More than I can say for the landing of a few other guys     ! Ok only joking!!!

Final arrangements are starting to take shape:

FREE coffee from early morning..

Buffet Breakfast at a reduced rate of R40,00 from 7:30.

The Pretoria Photographic Society will be there to take pictures

Suppliers to take your hard-earned money from you for that cannot be without equipment.

This should be a great event..........
