Hi John, I'm really looking forward to the trip. I haven't done much flying after Numbi and It's gearing up to be a great one.

Dawie.
It appears, Dave might not have his 182, so I'm sure we can organize a couple of planes. 60.00 per night.
Cheers,
Vernon.

I am driving to my father's place in Ramsgate over that period in any event for a relaxed week on the beach and some gamefish hunting with an old friend and colleague on his boat. If I can still secure hangar space for a topless trike over that period @ Margate I'll trailer my yellow Cobra along and make some time for flying in between the deep sea fishing.

It would be nice for me to fly with some of you. If there is any cancellations a week or so before the time and some hangar space opens up - let me know so that I can start taking out wing-battens in time.

If not, and anybody needs transport / fuel runs etc, I will be situated 5 km's as the crow flies from the field, so you are welcome to phone me for assistance.

I think we must start the ball rolling.

Can we arrange a briefing/planning day at Crosswinds for the 22th of February, say at 08h00. We can then do route planning, Dawie can talk about the Do's and Don'ts of the trip, crossing the BERG and what to expect etc.
I will have my laptop with Easyplan there. Bring USB sticks for copies of flight plan details.

It is going to be awesome

Ek is nie terug nie Oom Polla. Wou maar net laat weet dat ek in elk geval oor die periode in Ramsgate sal wees - en as daar hangarspasie oop is bring ek my trike saam. Agter my bakkie. Andersins bly my mond gesnoer.

Ek sal kyk om in die herfs 'n naweek vir jou te kom kuier by Elands. Sal jou bel.
