Postby Goose » Sun Apr 24, 2016 6:25 pm

I'm going to mosselbaai EAA fly-inn 29 April to 2 May. Why'll I'm down there I'm going along the cost to margate before I head back home. It's a +/-1600nm trip. Will post pix as we go IF I can figure out how to from my phone. Now the weather must just play along.

The rooting:
Wonderboom
Tempe (fuel)
Mosselbaai (sleep over)
East London (fuel)
Margate (sleep over)
Wonderboom

Well thanks to the weather I have decided to cancel my trip, bad weather and un-familiar terrain is not a good mix. In the 110 odd years of aviation the battle between aircraft and terrain aircraft have NEVER won.

NEXT TIME

Im now going north to the farm with the R44 to join the rest of the family.
